In September 2015, Jack Regenbogen joined the Colorado Center on Law and Policy to help launch the Second Chance Project—a new program to empower low-income Coloradans who are impoverished due to problems stemming from a criminal record. Jack’s work with the Second Chance Project is also supported by his alma mater, the University of Pennsylvania Law School, which granted Jack a Public Interest Fellowship to pursue this project. Previously, Jack has also worked with organizations such as Philadelphia Legal Assistance, Community Legal Services of Philadelphia, and the Homeless Advocacy Project, where he assisted low-income clients with a variety of civil legal issues. Before obtaining his law degree from UPenn, Jack received a Bachelor’s degree in 2012 from Colorado College, where he studied American History & Political Science.
