To spark discussion about policies that will help people with criminal records in Colorado gain access to the job market, this CCLP brief analyzes the barriers that prevent people with criminal records from obtaining employment and the impact of those barriers on individuals and communities. The eight-page report also looks at policies in other states and provide a qualitative assessment of how such policies are working.
